Returning From Our First Family Holiday

After returning from our first ever family holiday, I was relieved to see that all of our turkey polytunnels were still standing after the ‘Beast from The East’. However, the weight from the snow on the roof almost resulted in the roof collapsing. My father and mother had to brush the snow at each side of the building to allow the snow to clear on the roof. They did this in blizzard conditions for me. The little things that keep a little family business ticking over.
