Each turkey is trussed, wrapped in greaseproof paper and comes with a sprig of herbs, cooking instructions and a pop-up thermometer. Each box is double insulated and contains a cooling pack to ensure your Premium Barra Bronze Turkey remains fresh for the big day!

First year for us using you and the whole family said this was the best turkey we have had. Delivery and service was spot on and the flavour was lovely. I personally cook them breast side down for the first few hours and turn over at the end to retain moisture in the breast but have to say it was lovely. First class and will be back in touch next year…

Arrived on time in perfect condition, before Christmas day we had it cooked, portioned up and into freezer with a load of soup made from the bones.
