Almost easier than usual to pick up in drive through mode. Quality exceptional. Our only problem was the cancellation of family leaving 2 of us to eat 9.9kg. Boned and stuffed the bird and cooked a third of it on Xmas. Delicious and well stocked freezer. Also bought legs for future stock.

Very impressed with this turkey. I don’t actually eat meat any more (for welfare reasons mainly, but also quality, since we gave up farming ourselves) but as this was a high welfare bird I tasted a small piece. The rest of the family thoroughly enjoyed it, and I was really pleased with how easy it was to cook. I was amazed at the amount of meat off the legs, top of wings and back – you can see that these birds have led an active life.
I did find the little blemish that made this a “sustainable” turkey, and it really wasn’t much at all.
Yes, high welfare free range poultry is expensive, compared to frozen supermarket birds, but there’s a reason for that – these are far superior!

The turkey arrived as described . We cooked the turkey in our aga as per your instructions , the instructions are easy to follow. Cooking the turkey on its breast is not new to us as that is how we would normally cook it. The turkey was moist and delicious ,the leg meat was equally fantastic. Honestly the best turkey we’ve ever had. The flavour was stunning, the juices made amazing gravy and the fat was brilliant on the roast potatoes. We even took the crisp skin off and had it salted for a pre-dinner snack.
The ratio of bone to flesh was staggering; I’ve never seem so much meat come off a carcass that small!

Amazing bird. Cooked as per the instructions and it turned out a dream. I’ve cooked some good birds over the years but this was the easiest. Beautifully tender carved well. We had a 6-7kg bird fed 7 good eaters and we have enough for another meal. The dogs had the wings and some other bits so all very happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Wonderful flavour. I am a returning customer. The dark meat is as good as duck and the breast flavourful and juicy. This year I boned, stuffed and rolled the breast and sous vide and boned the legs finishing them with a honey and mustard glaze in the oven. Definitely the way to go to get both parts cooked perfectly.
